The Book Blogger Hop is hosted by Jen over at crazy-for-books. For more information on how to participate please go to her blog. This weeks Book Blogger Hop question is:
“As a book blogger, how do you introduce yourself in your profile?”
For book bloggers, I think it is important to let people who are new to your blog know what genre of books you read and will be reviewing etc. As much as I like to expand my book horizons, I also like following blogs with similar book tastes to myself. I don't go into to much detail, just give a bit of my book background. I do want to expand my 'about me,' I just havent gotten arround to it yet!
Follow friday is hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read for more information please visit their sites!
Each week a question is asked for book bloggers to answer! Here is the question:
"It's that pesky magic book fairy again! She has another wish: What imaginary book world would you like to make a reality?"
That is such a hard question to answer!! Harry Potter is an obvious choice but also...Hmm I think I would like to in the world of The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare. Or maybe the world of Anita Blake by Laurell K Hamilton... Like I said, thats a tough question! There are so many book worlds that are amazing!
Please leave a link to your FF so I can be sure to check that out! Happy Friday everyone!
- Amy
I have not read the Anita Blake series, but I intend to. TMI by Cassie Clare is awesome and being a Shadowhunter would be grool!

Anita Blake series coming to life would be cool. That woman can kick butt.
ReplyDeleteThanks for following. I followed back :)
Harry potter will probably be one many people pick, but I agree I like the mortal instruments world. The others I haven't heard of.
ReplyDeleteThose are some very interesting choices. A lot of people have said Harry Potter and I've seen a few list Mortal Instruments. You're the first for Anita Blake, though. :)
ReplyDeleteCurious what I chose? My post is here: http://kathyanncoleman.blogspot.com/2011/09/follow-my-blog-friday-sept-16th.html
Nice blog, by the way. :) New follower.
Hi there, Amy. I'm Ree from LiteraryObsession.com and I'm stopping by via the Hop. I hope your friday is absolutely fantastic. :)
ReplyDeleteThis is gonna sound weird, but your title inspired me to make a layout.
ReplyDeleteYikes! Anita Blake lives in a very gritty, dangerous world...not so sure I'd want to live in that, personally - although it's very entertaining to read about. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the visit! Following back.
Harry Potter and Twilight seem to keep cropping up a lot this morning - I went with the world of Clive Barker's Abarat, which is just amazing and magical.

All good choices (though, honestly, I haven't read any Anita Blake)! But, it'd be awesome to meet a shadowhunter, and the world of Harry Potter... well, who wouldn't want to be a part of that?
